Unsealed court records reveal graphic details of D.C. mansion murders

WASHINGTON (ABC News/WJLA) -- The Savopoulos Mansion, the scene of four brutal murders, is now sealed off with a chain link fence. Many of it's windows are boarded up.

Now, nearly a month after the mansion murders, a newly unsealed search warrant affidavit reveals graphic details about the deaths of the victims.

An adult male, identified by ABC News as Savvas Savopoulos, had 'apparent trauma to the rear of his head'.

In the same bedroom, an adult female, identified by the network as Amy Savopoulos, had 'lacerations to her throat and head', according to the documents.

The affidavit lists an unknown individual, named by ABC News as housekeeper Veralicia Figueroa, who was 'receiving CPR and transported to a local hospital', before her death.

Her injuries were not listed.

But the affidavit also reports the discovery of a 'baseball bat with what appeared to be blood' on it, in the same room where first responders found the three adult victims.

ABC News also reports it was in a second upstairs bedroom, where fire crews found the body of 10-year old Philip Savopoulos.

The documents list him only as 'an adult individual--- gender unknown', with 'severe fire damage. to the body.'

That room, badly damaged by fire, is where investigator believe the blaze was set.

The papers also say detectives found a surveillance camera on the outside of the home.

So far, the only suspect in the kidnapping, murder, and fire is 34-year old Daron Wint.

Investigators suspect Wint had at least one accomplice.

Detectives tracked him down using DNA found on a piece of pizza crust left at the scene.
